GGW 2009

I got to go to San Diego last weekend with my girlfriends from high school.  What a great group of ladies.  I'm so blessed to have had great friends my entire life!  We ate, shopped and danced.... and I was wiped out all this week trying to recover :)

Grandma came to stay!!

Had so much fun with my mom!  She came on Memorial Day and stayed for 3 weeks.  She took some time to visit her family in Eastern Utah, but mainly she just stayed here and played with Alyssa.  She had a little shadow and bed partner the whole time she was here.  It went by way too fast and we can't wait for her to come back again!

Crazy Couple of Months

Most of you know that just after Alyssa's birthday we fell in love with a house just a mile north of where we lived.  The last few months have been a whirlwind.  We made an offer, it was accepted on condition that we close in 3 weeks, we put our home on the market, decluttered it and showed it 15 times in 5 days, accepted an offer on our old home, packed, closed on our new home, painted the kids' bedrooms, moved in and then closed on our old.  That all happened in 4 weeks.  While extremely stressful and crazy, we are so extremely happy in the new house.  Please stop by so we can show you our new digs!

Happy Birthday Alyssa!

This has been a crazy week for us! Alyssa started her week with treats at preschool and a preschool Easter Party. Her actual birthday was spent with family presents, a play date at Carl's Jr. and a movie with the family. On Friday, we went on a trip to the Dinosaur Mueseum. And on Saturday, we had a birthday party with a "few" friends. I'm completely exhausted. I invited quite a few kids knowing it was Spring Break and a lot of people take off. Well, maybe it's the weather, but we had 12 little ones total! Hopefully, a fun time was had by all! Thanks Carey for all the ideas I stole!

February

February came and went and I didn't even post once! I guess I'm realizing I'm not so good at this. Alyssa and I went to my sister's house in early February. Here's pics of my 3 nieces and Alyssa.

I haven't gotten any Christmas cards put together.... I'm thinking Happy New Year Cards this year... after our cruise ;-) So we just wanna "wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of our hearts!"
